Graduated with a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Technical Innovation Law from the University Paris Sud XI – Paris I, Juliette UNZAN is a specialized in the field of contracts.
Juliette is an expert in intellectual property valuation and related contractual aspects. She served as Deputy Head of the Agreements, Intellectual Property, and Valorization division within the Legal Affairs Directorate of CNRS, where she contributed to the strategic management of agreements and the maximization of intangible asset valorization.
Simultaneously, since 2018, Juliette has also been working as a Reserve Commissioner within the Directorate of Training, Research, and Innovation of the Armed Forces Health Service.
Juliette has joined the Trademarks/Designs/Contracts department of ICOSA, where she assists numerous startups in drafting and negotiating various strategic agreements while promoting the valorization of their innovations.
