PRACTICE & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Camille DESFEUX is a trainee patent attorney. She specializes in organic chemistry, with expertise in the field of catalysis.

Camille holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Geneva. During her doctoral years, her focus was on the development of selective copper and palladium-catalyzed reactions for alkenes and polyenes. Camille is also a graduate engineer from Chimie ParisTech – PSL (École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Paris) and holds a master’s degree in Biotechnology and Cosmetics from the same institution.

In 2022, Camille DESFEUX joined ICOSA’s Chemistry team as a trainee patent attorney. In this role, she has been involved in patent drafting, monitoring patent application examination procedures with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) and the European Patent Office (EPO), and legal consultation drafting.
