PRACTICE & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Charlotte LE FLOCH is a European Patent Attorney and an expert in the fields of pharmaceutical chemistry, biochemistry, and pharmaceutical formulation.
Charlotte holds a PharmD degree from the University of Paris V, a Health, Law, and Society University Diploma (DU) from the University of Paris V, as well as a Biological and Medical Engineering University Diploma (DU) from the University of Paris VI. She has also earned the University Diploma from the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI), specializing in Invention Patents and Trademarks, Designs, and Models.
Her doctoral thesis, defended at the University of Paris V, focused on strategies and challenges for pharmacists in the valorization of academic research in health.
After an initial experience in a French IP firm, Charlotte joined ICOSA’s Chemistry team in 2019 as a patent attorney, bringing her expertise in patent application drafting, monitoring grant procedures with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) and the European Patent Office (EPO), as well as legal consultation drafting.
