PRACTICE & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Laura KOSTOV is a trainee patent attorney specialized in the field of molecular and cellular biology, with a particular expertise in stem cell biology.
She holds a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology and a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular and Cellular Biology, both obtained from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, where she also conducted her research at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Medicine (Process of differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells derived from adipose tissue).
In 2022, she joined ICOSA EUROPE’s Biotech-Biology team, where she supports Belgian and foreign companies, primarily in patent acquisition procedures before the Belgian Intellectual Property Office (OPRI) and the European Patent Office (EPO).
