Laurence Rivi\u00e8re is a European and French Trademark and Design Attorney. She joined ICOSA in 2020 as the Head of the Trademarks, Designs, and Contracts department. She currently leads a team of 7 experts.<\/p>\n

She began her career as a lawyer at the Paris Bar in a Parisian law firm specializing in intellectual property and digital law. She later joined several European industrial property consulting firms where she managed significant portfolios of rights for French and foreign companies with international presence.<\/p>\n

Today, she advises French and international companies, including startups, in their strategy for the establishment, valuation, and defense of intellectual property rights (distinctiveness studies, prior art searches, trademark and design filings, domain name registrations, portfolio audits and assessments, contracts, monitoring, disputes).<\/p>\n

Laurence also specializes in domain name issues and cybercrime (web counterfeiting and e-reputation) and in the protection of concepts.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

  • French Qualification Exam (EQF and EQE) in Industrial Property, specializing in Trademarks, Designs, and Models.<\/li>\n
  • CAPA (Certificat d’Aptitude \u00e0 la Profession d’Avocat) – Paris Bar School<\/li>\n
  • Master 2 in Applied Intellectual Property Law (Paris XII)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>
